Duties

Requirements

• Experience with UCC and corporate finance preferred.
• Experience with data center or digital infrastructure work a plus.
• High level of academic achievement preferred.
• Peer firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar required.
