Legal Contract Manager Senior
The candidate will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and administer commercial and government contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Will conduct pre-contract data collection and administration of commercial or government contracts. Create, negotiate and/or administer contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, clients and/or partners. Work with sales, service and business operations teams to structure contracts. Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company practice, government specifications and requirements and conformance to master agreements. Draft language as necessary. Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Initiate documentation to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications. Conduct contract negotiations via draft and group conference settings.
