A law firm seeks a Real Estate Senior Associate/Counsel in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, joint ventures, and development of retail, office, and mixed-use properties.

Duties

• Structure, draft, and negotiate real estate transactional documents.
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from inception to closing.
• Oversee and analyze title, survey, zoning, and other due diligence items.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk assessment, and deal execution.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with real estate, land use, and financing regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of broad real estate transactions experience.
• Experience with acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and joint ventures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
