Jones Foster is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with outstanding negotiation and communication skills and in-depth transactional knowledge of multiple areas of law. As a lateral hire, the candidate should have a transferable book of business. The person in this position will consult and handle various corporate legal processes such as intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, and patents. The candidate must be an organized, detail-oriented professional who possesses the ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be in good standing with The Florida Bar.
The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making capabilities, a high level of independent judgment, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have a proven track record of strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
