Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience in commercial finance transactions.
• Licensed and in good standing in Michigan or eligible for admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Proficient in due diligence processes.
