3 to 8 years of hands-on litigation experience, ideally with a focus on employee-focused legal claims or large-scale employment disputes.
Demonstrated experience handling procedural aspects of coordinated or class proceedings.
Familiarity with relevant wage laws, employment statutes, and group redress mechanisms.
Comfortable in a high-pace, high-impact work setting with varied case types and shifting priorities.
Ability to take ownership of cases and work independently while collaborating with a broader legal team.

Admission in good standing to the State Bar of California (or eligibility for admission by waiver or reciprocity).
Continuing legal education in labor/employment law or litigation procedure is a plus.
Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
