Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP – a nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm – is seeking a talented attorney to join our Tampa office in our Construction Defect practice group. This dynamic team handles complex construction defect disputes at all stages, including pre-suit and litigation.

We offer a competitive compensation package and robust benefits.  Base salary plus non-discretionary bonuses available up to $36k per year. 

Butler offers a flexible hybrid schedule, combining remote and in-office work.

Ideal candidates will possess:

Experience handling construction defect disputes, including, but not limited to, litigation, arbitrations, depositions, drafting of pleadings and motions, mediations
