Duties

• Advise healthcare clients on strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist with private equity and venture capital investments in the healthcare sector.
• Facilitate joint venture transactions between major industry clients.
• Support clients with corporate formation and operational strategy.
• Engage in contract negotiations and other corporate matters.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and/or joint ventures in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage projects, work collaboratively, and communicate with clients and advisors.
• Admission to the bar in the state of application.

Education

• Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.
