• Mentor and support paralegals to enhance their skills and efficiency.

Requirements

• Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
• Two years of experience in personal injury law preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs and case management software.
• Strong advocacy, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
