Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and purchase agreements.
• Advise on property acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
• Conduct title reviews and coordinate closings.
• Ensure compliance with Florida real estate laws.
• Provide guidance on zoning, land use, and permitting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct client consultations and document in CRM system.
• Manage billable hours and ensure accurate billing entries.
• Mitigate legal risks in real estate operations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate law.
• Strong knowledge of Florida real estate statutes.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Education
