The candidate should have Journal experience. Strong interest in estate planning, probate, or real estate law is required. Completion of a basic and advanced course work in wills and trusts, probate, estate planning, or real property transactions is needed. Will be prompt, professional, and detail oriented. Prior work experience is a plus. CPA or accounting background is a bonus. While not a primary factor, grades and class rank are considered, with top 25% preferred. Will consider applicants for Associate and Law Clerk positions who are interested in Estate Planning, and probate law. 2L’s, 3L’s, and licensed Associates can apply.
