Duties

• Review and analyze medical records, police reports, and insurance policies.
• Coordinate medical treatment for clients and monitor progress.
• Draft and submit demand packages to insurance companies.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters for maximum client compensation.
• Prepare cases for litigation if necessary, including detailed case summaries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in case management software.
• Collaborate with case managers, intake staff, and litigation attorneys.

Requirements

• Experience in personal injury law and pre-suit processes.
• Ability to handle a large caseload efficiently.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
