Duties

• Provide counsel on the Mental Health Parity & Addiction Equity Act and the No Surprises Act.
• Assist with Affordable Care Act compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in health and welfare benefits law.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, and related regulations.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia preferred.
