Duties

• Appear at return dates and motion hearings in Virginia General District Court.
• Litigate matters in General District and Circuit Courts.
• Conduct client consultations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate on case strategy and client management.
• Maintain high standards of client service.
• Support business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Virginia Bar license.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written), native language speakers preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Virginia Bar license.
