A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its team in Frisco, TX. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. The successful candidate will have over two years of litigation practice experience and hold an active Texas bar license.

Duties

• Prepare for trials and manage courtroom responsibilities.
• Handle file responsibilities, motion practice, and depositions.
• Utilize e-discovery software effectively.
• Conduct research and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Texas bar license.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Exceptional advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in research and writing.
