Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified associate to join its expanding Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience, particularly in consumer class actions, retail and e-commerce, privacy, and product liability litigation.

Duties

• Manage complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft and review legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in local, state, and federal courts at trial and appellate levels.
• Engage in business development activities to expand client base.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of litigation experience, preferably in specified areas.
• Active bar license in Washington State.
• Experience with CEMA or mass arbitration is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Washington State.
