Seeking a transactional attorney with experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating redevelopment, tax exemption, and other incentive agreements; interpreting statutes applicable to such public-private projects; resolving taxation, condemnation, and other property acquisition issues in connection with such projects, and incorporating creative financing such as redevelopment area bonding. Outstanding academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and NJ Bar in good standing required.
