The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload of pre-litigation matters with the full backing of a comprehensive in-house support team. Duties:

• Manage a full docket of personal injury pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement or handoff to litigation

• Collaborate closely with a team that includes paralegals, medical records professionals, lien specialists, and settlement coordinators

• Conduct client communications, including consultations and ongoing case updates

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel

• Ensure thorough documentation and case preparation

• Oversee and guide support staff involved in case management

• Maintain compliance with firm procedures and ethical legal practices

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on personal injury law (either plaintiff or defense)

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable interacting with clients, opposing counsel, adjusters, and team members

• Leadership skills and interest in growing within a nationally expanding legal practice

• Must hold an active and valid license with the California State Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Proven negotiation and settlement experience

• Highly organized and proactive in managing deadlines and tasks

• Client-first mindset with a passion for advocacy

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
