Duties

• Attend court for incompetency and guardianship proceedings.
• Represent clients in will contests and beneficiary advocacy.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in North Carolina or South Carolina, or ability to become licensed quickly.
• Experience in estate planning, elder law, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable guiding sensitive conversations.
• Detail-oriented with sound legal judgment.
• Able to balance empathy with efficiency.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in North Carolina or South Carolina.
