Duties

• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys and support staff to achieve client objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
• A commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
