Research Manager (Research Administrator 2)
Duties: Overseeing the management of the Center’s research portfolio and supervision of the research coordinator. Manage and coordinate the work of all researchers and research teams who conduct reviews of the scientific literature, government policies, and data analyses on a broad range of healthcare topics. Responsible for overseeing the schedules of the editorial and graphic design team at the Center. Lead the development of planning, staffing, timeline development and adherence, researcher schedules, resource balancing/sequencing, and efficient workflow across all research programs and products at the Center. Fostering a culture of trust and teamwork among the research staff, ensuring proactive and positive communication, and through example upholding the mission, vision, and values of the Center. Responsible for maintaining a positive and efficient working environment, including constructive conflict resolution among research staff.
