Duties

• Develop and execute litigation strategies for eminent domain and commercial cases.
• Handle all phases of the condemnation process, including survey access and initial offers.
• Represent clients in special commissioners' hearings and judicial proceedings.
• Manage complex, multi-party, and multi-district litigation cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in eminent domain, energy/land-use litigation, and commercial litigation.
• Experience representing condemnors in all phases of the condemnation process.
• Strong litigation background with experience in complex cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
