Duties

• Assist clients with entity formation and operational issues.
• Negotiate with payors and manage healthcare transactions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including Knox-Keene Act.
• Advise on health plans, HMOs, and insurance company regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare/transactional law.
• Understanding of Knox-Keene licensed healthcare entities.
• Knowledge of health plans and healthcare entity regulations.
• Motivated to assume increasing levels of responsibility.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
