Requirements

• 6+ years of personal injury defense litigation experience.
• Significant experience with commercial motor carrier defense.
• Proven leadership in legal proceedings.
• Admission to the Texas Bar and current Texas residence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
