Receptionist / Legal Assistant
The candidate will be welcoming client and visitors by greeting them either in person or by telephone; assisting potential clients by screening inquiry type and routing call to appropriate legal team on a multi-line phone system; maintaining reception area cleanliness and monitoring potential security risks; completing clerical and other duties as requested by legal team; assembling and stamping mailers by specific deadline; distributing and overseeing incoming and outgoing mail; administrative tasks including filing, scanning, copying, managing schedules, fielding phone calls, etc.; setting up real estate title files and inputting data in closing software; and maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality as well as a professional, well-groomed appearance. Must be proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel; ability to answer multiple line phone system; excellent phone voice; and use of copy/scanning equipment. Must have High school diploma; prior legal experience a plus. Should have 1-2 years of experience.
