the candidate will perform tax research on state and local tax matters such as tax planning, implementation, due diligence and state tax controversies with state jurisdictions. Will work directly with clients and lead the tax engagement team. Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred. CPA or J.D./LL.M. is required. Should have 5+ years tax experience in public accounting with a state and local tax focus. Income Franchise experience is required. Experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational is preferred.
