Profile

F3 Law provides legal support to the public schools that serve our children and communities. We have an opening for a lateral Student Services and Special Education attorney in our Sacramento office who would like to build client relationships with K-12 schools and community colleges.

The incumbent would assist clients in the individualized education program process, present workshops, review and revise policies and procedures, and respond to state and federal compliance complaints and administrative due process hearings outside of the adversarial context of traditional litigation.

We seek a thoughtful attorney with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with at least three (3) years of practice experience. Candidates must be a member of the State Bar of California.

This position's reasonably expected base salary range is $130,000 – $170,000 per year. The actual base salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.

F3 Law offers a positive, collegial, intellectually stimulating work environment, a reasonable billable hours requirement, billable hours bonuses and annual discretionary bonuses, generous health insurance benefits, and 401(k) with profit-sharing contributions.

For consideration, upload an Employment Application, Cover Letter, Resume, and Writing Sample.
