A law firm seeks a Senior Trial Attorney to join their team in Roseville, California. The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience and a proven track record in jury trials. This role involves advocating for clients in claims against car manufacturers and dealers, requiring a dedicated and strategic approach.

Duties

• Develop trial strategies and lead trial efforts as first chair.
• Conduct and oversee complex legal research projects.
• Interface with specialized outside counsel on behalf of clients.
• Draft legal documents for motions and oppositions.
• Appear at hearings and conduct depositions.
• Collaborate on policy development and client communication improvements.
• Resolve issues promptly as they arise.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the California Bar.
• Minimum of ten years of litigation and trial experience.
• Experience in arbitration and multi-district litigation preferred.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal timekeeping software.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member in good standing of the California Bar.
