Duties:

• Represent clients in divorce and family law matters, including custody, child support, spousal maintenance, and property division

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements

• Attend court hearings, mediations, and case conferences

• Provide legal counsel and manage client expectations throughout the legal process

• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial

• Maintain accurate and organized case files

Requirements:

• 1 to 6 years of experience in family law or divorce-related legal work

• Proven ability to handle a caseload independently or with limited supervision

• Strong client advocacy and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Minnesota

• Good standing with the Minnesota State Bar

Skills:
