We are seeking a limited number of full-time Advanced Practitioners (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) for urgent care positions that include a 3–6-month urgent care specific training program. This opportunity is especially designed for NPs/PAs who have been practicing less than 12 months or those who lack urgent care/emergency medicine practice experience. This position will provide new and newer NPs/PAs mentoring by experienced providers, in-service training sessions and online education all while working full-time in an urgent care setting. The positions are based in our Mercy GoHealth Urgent Care centers within Fort Smith, Arkansas.
