Duties

• Draft articulate and persuasive responses to USPTO Office Actions.
• Manage trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the TTAB.
• Handle enforcement matters, including demand letters and takedowns.
• Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of significant experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement.
• Strong written advocacy skills and responsiveness.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• California State Bar admission required.
• USPTO Bar admission preferred but not mandatory.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California State Bar admission.
• USPTO Bar admission preferred.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing trademark portfolios.
• Experience with IP-related litigation matters is a plus.
