Duties

• Manage litigation files from inception to closing.
• Handle discovery, motion practice, and hearings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Engage in trial preparation and execution.
• Interpret and analyze insurance policies.
• Present claims and conduct insurance appraisals.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in state and federal courts.
• Experience with property and liability insurance coverage preferred.
• Experience with community associations and multi-unit housing is a plus.

Education

• Degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
