A law firm seeks an Innovation Attorney to join their team in Boston, MA, with the option for 100% remote work within the United States. The role focuses on enhancing the delivery of legal services through innovative practices in the Finance business units, collaborating across various departments and reporting to the Global Head of Practice Innovation.

Duties

• Lead efforts to optimize client service delivery and increase efficiencies.
• Develop and automate precedent libraries and organize deal documents.
• Integrate relevant practice content into workflows.
• Streamline client/deal intake and improve data sharing solutions.
• Support projects to digitalize practice and leverage technology.
• Oversee training curriculum and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Integrate AI into legal practice to enhance service delivery.
• Evaluate legal service efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Educate legal professionals on practice content and technology.
• Develop case studies for marketing and business development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of four years of experience as a Finance attorney in a large law firm.
• Superior communication skills for presenting complex ideas.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.
