Duties

• Assist in navigating antitrust regimes and securing merger approvals.
• Support in resolving or defeating litigation and enforcement challenges.
• Collaborate with a team to address local and cross-border antitrust risks.
• Engage in defending clients in various litigation and administrative actions.
• Participate in government investigations and enforcement actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
• Substantive knowledge of antitrust law.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in California or eligibility to waive in.
