Profile
Seeking Government Contracts Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience practicing federal government contracts. Candidate will handle government contracts representation on a broad range of matters, including bid protests, claims, prime-subcontractor disputes, government audits and investigations, international trade and export controls, cybersecurity, industrial security/cleared contracting, regulatory compliance, procurement fraud and small business program issues. Candidates must have in-depth experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and federal agency supplements relative to the full spectrum of government contracting to include: contract formation; contract administration; litigation; procurement fraud; cost accounting; construction; and intellectual property/data rights. Must have strong writing and research skills and must be capable of interacting with clients on time-sensitive, complex and high-value procurement activities. A strong preference for licensed in jurisdictions or eligible for waivers.
