• Collaborate with clients, caregivers, and external stakeholders to support holistic client outcomes

• Keep current with federal and state policy developments affecting Medicaid and public benefit law

• Draft legal documents and represent clients in relevant legal proceedings as necessary

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of New York

• At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid planning, elder law, or a related field

• Demonstrated understanding of public benefit programs, estate law, and guardianship matters

• Commitment to client service and ethical, compassionate representation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar
