Duties:

• Represent clients in real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage probate cases, including filing probate petitions, handling estate administration, and resolving disputes related to wills and estates.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice on matters related to real estate and probate law.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including deeds, wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and options related to property transactions and estate matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate case progress and resolution.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and meetings as necessary to represent clients' interests.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate and probate law to provide current and accurate legal advice.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Ohio and in good standing.
• Experience or strong interest in real estate and probate law.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and negotiations.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Ohio Bar (required).
