Duties:

  • Oversee complex financial transactions, regulatory compliance, and contractual negotiations.

• Client Management:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with high-value clients in the general finance industry.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored legal solutions.

• Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with firm leadership to set strategic goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff.

• Practice Expansion:

  • Contribute to the growth and diversification of the general finance practice area.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the finance sector.

Requirements:

• Portable Business:

  • Must possess a portable business in the practice area of general finance.

• Book of Business:

  • Maintain a self-sustaining book of business of at least $1 million.

• Bar Admission:

  • Must be admitted to practice law in Florida.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the state of Florida.
