Duties

• Draft coverage opinions.
• Counsel and advise clients.
• Manage an assigned caseload.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, arbitration, and mediation.
• Draft legal memoranda, complaints, discovery, and motions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in insurance coverage.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice in California.
• Nevada or Arizona licensing is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
