Carlton Fields is seeking an associate attorney with three to five years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong legal writing skills and oral advocacy skills. Excellent academic credentials are required. The candidate must also have civil litigation experience in state court. Experience with first party insurance litigation and bad faith insurance litigation is preferable, as is experience in Federal Court. Candidate must be licensed to practice in Florida.
