Duties

• Represent clients in state and federal courts and before enforcement authorities.

Requirements

• Experience in antitrust and competition law or civil antitrust litigation.
• Proven track record in managing complex cases.
• Experience representing clients in state and federal court.
• Experience with enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
