A law firm in San Diego, CA is seeking an Attorney. The candidate will provide legal advice, conduct research, negotiate contracts, and handle various legal matters. Draft legal documents, prepare for, and represent clients in legal proceedings. Requires strong knowledge of civil litigation, including construction defect (CD), general liability (GL), personal injury, and/or premises liability claims.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• California Bar license.
• Experience providing legal advice and conducting research.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

California Bar license.

Skills:
