A law firm seeks a Social Security Disability Attorney in Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to advocating for clients through all stages of their Social Security Disability claims. Duties

• Represent clients in Social Security Disability claims.
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate before Administrative Law Judges.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with case managers and support staff to advance cases.
• Develop legal strategies and prepare evidence for compelling cases.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
• Experience handling Social Security Disability hearings.
• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).
• Strong communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications
