Midlevel Associate

Profile

Seeking a Midlevel Associate with 3-6 years of executive compensation experience. Candidate will be involved in both transactional deal work and day-to-day advising on all aspects of executive compensation. Must be admitted in the location for which they are applying (Illinois or District of Columbia) or taking steps to become admitted in that jurisdiction. Should have strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently in a fast-paced environment, well developed legal research skills and experience drafting contracts, award agreements and non-qualified compensation plans.
