Duties:

• Represent traditional and non-traditional lenders in real estate finance and loan origination transactions.
• Handle various transactions, including fixed and floating rate loans secured by commercial real estate companies such as apartments, retail centers, and industrial properties.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate finance and loan origination matters.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements about real estate finance transactions.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on real estate finance and loan origination matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of meaningful experience in real estate finance and loan origination.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in representing lenders in a variety of transactions.
• Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
