Duties

• Develop strategies for high-stakes litigation cases.
• Lead complex litigations and first-chair trials.
• Advise C-suite executives and boards on legal strategies.
• Build and lead elite trial teams.
• Pioneer next-generation litigation techniques.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of litigation experience in California courts.
• First- or second-chair jury trial experience.
• Knowledge of the FEHA and California Labor Code.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California bar license.
