Assistant Dean of Admissions

The candidate will be responsible for administering a comprehensive admissions program for a law school known for its commitment to a student-centered approach to legal education. Key components of the position include annual enrollment forecasting, scholarship and pricing strategies, admissions marketing and recruitment, and the evaluation of applications. Must have JD degree from an ABA accredited law school or relevant master’s degree from an accredited institution. 5+ years’ experience in admissions or enrollment management, including 3+ years’ experience in law school admissions. Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills. Must have experience with enrollment marketing outreach (ex: public relations, advertising, social media, the Web). Should have data analytic skills with experience using databases/applicant tracking systems. Must have strong leadership skills and ability to conceive and execute a strategic vision for J.D. admissions. Should preferably have significant professional experience in law school admissions at a strategic planning level which includes data analysis, scholarship policy generation, and development of enrollment communications.
