The candidate should have commercial contract drafting and negotiation, including with strategic customers, resellers and distributors. Developing and implementing compliance mechanisms and processes in the areas of: anti-corruption, antitrust, data security, export control and privacy compliance, as well as other compliance requirements. Implementation and training business unit personnel re our corporate compliance policies. Responsible for providing Israeli and Asia-Pacific employment and litigation advice, directly or in cooperation with external counsels. Responsible for reviewing and negotiating business development type agreements – alliances, cooperation, joint developments agreements, investments and M&A agreements. Assist on other legal matters and contribute to the overall legal function. Managing local outside counsels. Regular interface and focal point to a highly interactive legal / business teams. Other responsibilities customarily assigned to in-house corporate counsels.
