  • Promote tools and resources within the Corporate Department.
  • Participate in practice meetings to share best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Corporate attorney, ideally with EGVC or related experience.
  • Understanding of attorney workflows and resource needs.
  • Advanced legal drafting and research skills.
  • Project management skills and process improvement ability.
  • Interest in practice support and technology.
  • Familiarity with legal technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
