Job Overview:

A nationally recognized and award-winning law firm is seeking Litigation Associate Attorneys with 1–5 years of experience to join teams across multiple California offices. Location:

• Irvine, CA

Duties:

• Handle litigation matters across practice areas including:

  • Business litigation

  • General liability

  • Employment law

  • Appellate litigation

  • Construction defect

• Conduct legal research, drafting, and strategy development

• Engage in depositions, motion practice, and court appearances

• Collaborate with team members across practice groups

• Support firm initiatives to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and mentorship-driven environment

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of relevant litigation experience preferred

• Excellent legal writing and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional growth

• Prior experience in litigation matters preferred but not mandatory

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
